LESSON RATES AND POLICY
PRIVATE LESSONS- Vocals, Guitar, Violin, Mandolin, Songwriting, Music Business
$120 per month 45 min. 1X week ($25 materials fee 1X)
$160 per month 60 min. 1X week ($25 materials fee 1X)
$100 per month 30 min. 1X week ($25 materials fee 1X)
$40 introductory lesson 60 min. Bring CD’s, Tracks, Instrument
$40 hr. Special Classes, Consultations, Recording, Demos, Performance
Evaluations, Song evaluations, Instrument/Equipment purchase.
GROUP LESSONS (2-4 students)
$100 per month each, 45 min. 1X week ($25 materials fee each 1X)
$25 MATERIALS FEE for each subject includes: Technique sheets, Song sheets-Lyrics or Charts, CD’s, Tapes (A replacement fee will be charged for lost materials)
PAYMENT DUE first lesson of the month for that month.
MISSED LESSONS are lost and the Studio is not obligated to reschedule your lesson. But if you call in advance, your lesson may be rescheduled if there is an available time slot that week. Make-up lessons are valid for 10 days from date of missed lesson. If several time slots are offered for a make-up lesson you must PHONE to confirm your rescheduled lesson immediately or the time slot may be taken by others. Students and parents are responsible to put the rescheduled lesson date on their calendars, as no reminder calls will be made. Students who miss a lesson must call to let us know, so the time slot can be used by others. Lessons are appointments with the instructor and communication is imperative. Students who miss a Group Class may work with their group partners on their own to make-up the lesson, OR they may schedule an additional lesson at their own expense. Lessons are ProRated for advance notice absences 4 weeks in advance.
FIRST LESSON We discuss musical experience, goals, stylistic preferences, favorite artists & CD's. Then you’ll sing a song (with CD) or play a song on your instrument. We’ll do technique exercises and find your range & level. For the first lesson please bring:
1-2 SONGS to sing with CD/Tracks, or play on your instrument (slow & fast song)
List of musical experience, education, performances, recordings, goals etc.
Favorite artists, CD's, music
STUDENTS MUST BRING TO EVERY LESSON:
1. Notebook with Technique and Song sheets, CD’s, Practice Tapes
2. Lesson book (if used),

3. Instrumental lessons: Tuned instrument, extra string set, left hand nails cut & filed on right
Guitar: picks, capo, tuner
Parents should leave students to insure concentration.
STUDENT PERFORMANCES will be scheduled periodically.
